Each practice.
Each price.

Managed IT runs on a flat $300 per computer user, per month — everything included. The seven other practices we offer are scoped and priced individually so you only pay for what you actually use. Below: each practice, each price, in plain language.

01 Why $300 per computer user, per month?
It’s the number where a small or mid-sized business gets enterprise-grade managed IT without enterprise overhead. We charge per computer user — anyone whose workstation, laptop, account, and devices we manage day-to-day. AI augmentation lets us run 24/7 operations at this rate while still staffing your account with senior engineers. It’s deliberately a flat number so finance can plan around it.
02 What if I have fewer than five computer users?
Below five computer users we offer non-contracted hourly work at $180/hr or a custom flat-rate quote. The flagship plan is engineered for teams of five-plus because that’s where the economics make sense for both sides. We bill per computer user — meaning anyone with a workstation we manage. Shop-floor staff who don’t touch a PC don’t count.
03 Are the seven add-on practices required?
No. Most clients begin with managed IT only and grow into the rest of the firm over time. The add-on practices — MSSP, AI, DevOps, Hosting, Custom Dev, Compliance, VoIP — are scoped only when a client actually needs them. The flat $300 plan is complete on its own.
04 Do you require a long-term contract?
Standard managed IT agreements are annual with thirty-day exit. Hosting, email, and VoIP plans have no contract at all — cancel any time with thirty days’ notice. Month-to-month managed IT is available at a custom rate. We earn your business each month; we don’t lock it in.
05 How fast does onboarding actually take?
Most environments are documented, monitored, and brought under management within seven business days. Help desk goes live the day onboarding completes. We’ve done this hundreds of times; it’s a runbook, not an adventure.
06 What does “AI-augmented” actually mean for my account?
Our AI agents handle the work that doesn’t need a human: ticket triage, log summarization, first-pass documentation, monthly report generation, runbook drafting. Human engineers handle judgment work — investigation, decisions, conversations with you. The result is faster response times and senior people focused on what actually matters.
07 Can I add hosting, VoIP, or compliance later?
Yes. Add-on practices can be activated at any point in the relationship. Each one has its own scope and price as shown above; managed IT clients receive bundling consideration on multi-practice engagements but are never required to buy what they don’t need.
08 Is the $300 truly all-inclusive, or are there hidden fees?
All ten services listed under Managed IT are included in the flat $300 per computer user, per month. Hardware purchases, project work, Microsoft licensing, datacenter colocation, VoIP carrier minutes, and the seven add-on practices are scoped separately and billed at cost or quoted up front. The flat rate stays a flat rate; surprises do not exist on our invoices.
